Request your free appraisal by completing the form below or by phoning us (03 377 2090). We’ll respond within 24 hours, but usually much more quickly than that! During the initial discussion, we’ll ask you a few questions about your property and set up a time to review your property.
We research the rental market
Before we meet with you, we will research the rental market in your neighbourhood to get an idea of the rental values and competition in the area.
Meet you at your property
On the day of our appointment, we’ll meet you at your property. We’ll ask you for a tour where you’ll be able to point out the highlights of your property.
Provide rental appraisal
Immediately after the property tour, we’ll be able to provide our rental appraisal, which will give you an idea about the range of rent that we believe can be achieved. We’ll also share some information with you about Irelands and let you know how we can help you manage your property.
Formalise the rental appraisal
We’ll go back to our offices to review what we’ve learned and formalise the rental appraisal (when required).
